Rude Awakening…

Posted on May 30th, 2008 in Piss me off!) by eQuilec | 0 Comments »

I just got my first rude awakening from a comment left on my post ‘Police Malaysia are really shitty’ well… what did I expect? A hero’s applause. I was in someways ready for that, when one vents his anger openly whether it is right or wrong, I guess repercussion or backlash is bound to happen.

But I do not think that I have vented my anger out in any improper manner. Other than taking a meek out of police officers who have not gone through the full government education system. (haha… trying to select my words carefully here)

My anger was justified. Even without concrete proof…. Even if there was proof? No one seems either dare do , want to or even try to do anything about it. We can just throw our thoughts and especially our experiences in ‘bad encounter’ with the man in blue or white.

Here is one letter ‘Encounter with Rude and Arrogant Cops’. Well, what can this guy do you tell me? Make a report? File a complain? We are drown by the fact that the police will not help us even we file a report because they protect their own organization. No one can prove this… but this has become a fact because of peoples experiences.

And a lot of them are bad experiences. If there are some good experiences, please let me know or tell other people about it. Up till today, I have yet to hear one good and wonderful experiences with the man in blue and white.

Here are some classic posted on YouTube….

So yeah… screw you!!

Notice I took out the ‘Di Raja’ from ‘Police Malaysia….. ‘ because it would be embarrassing for our Agong to be associated with such indecency.

Grammar good or not??

Posted on May 29th, 2008 in Everything) by eQuilec | 0 Comments »

I took sometime to re-read my article and I must say my grammar sucks big time…. I feel so embarrass… I’m sure if my English school teacher were to read that article, she would totally flip….

Well… blogging is not about having good grammar is it?? I guess it does to a certain extend. Not only do we or rather do I want to put down my thoughts and opinion in cyberspace but also to communicate that though and opinion in a proper manner.

But then again, in cyberspace what does it mean by ‘a proper manner’

Hmmm……

Wow…. exciting yet scared

Posted on May 29th, 2008 in Everything) by eQuilec | 0 Comments »

I am very much amaze… I did not expect to get so many hits and comments in one day. This is better than my other blogs.

Apparently, the article I quoted in my blog ‘Police Malaysia are really shitty’ got picked up by the news site and was linked into one of their MKini blog module. Hope I don’t get sued for copy writing infringement.

Anyway, what really got to me with regards to this sudden surge of hits and exposure got me …. well…. a bit scared.

Yes, I am a bit scared because I feel so expose. On this site, I have both blogs about my enterprising experiences and also about my family life. Thus, I fear retaliation (if it were to happen) on my personal life.

I guess this fear could be due to the way I was brought up. One thing that I learned during my school days was not to question authority. Be obedient. And no harm will come to you.

This is one of the reason why I sometimes feel intimidated by any authority figures. But the feeling of anger was just so great when I read that article and thought that it would be a great way to vent my anger on my blog.

Since there are so many blogs around, I did not think that I would get so many hits on just one article. I guess I underestimated the power of technology.

I really look up to people like Raja Petra because of his bold and kick ass nature. He has what I may sometimes want as part of my personality, a brave and bold approach to hit back at authority that has done wrong. Have the guts to say what is right and what is good for the nation. Well, I guess I had the taste of that with my article.

I feel like Hulk Hogan kicking Big Boss Man ass!! hehehe Yesteryear of wrestling….

To be honest, it was quite exciting in some ways seeing those surge of traffic.

Yes… exciting yet scary…..

Police Malaysia are really shitty

I was reading this entry from Malaysiakini

BMC fracas: Police beat up youth
Syed Jaymal Zahiid | May 28, 08 2:46pm

By his account, he was only a curiosity-seeker who wanted to know what was going on at the site of a disputed barricade near Bandar Mahkota Cheras (BMC) last night.

In no time at all, however, Chang Jiun Haur was soaked in his own blood after being repeatedly beaten by 20 riot squad (FRU) personnel armed with batons and kicked with boots.

Chang, 21, his sister and two friends were driving away from the site of the barricade about 11.30pm, when their car was surrounded by police personnel who had earlier dealt with a fracas involving BMC residents.

A high-ranking police officer at the scene claimed that Chang had run over a FRU personnel with his car.

“He asked for it. He ran over a policeman and he got what he deserved,” the officer told Malaysiakini a few minutes after the incident.

Asked to identify the person who was hit by the car, the officer had initial difficulty in persuading the individual to come forward.

When he did so, the man - who appeared unscathed - claimed: “He tried to run me over… look at my baton, it is broken. What more evidence do you want?”

However, a police officer who took Chang to the Kajang Hospital said none of the personnel had been hit by the car.

Chang, when met at the hospital at 12.30am, denied this as well: “We had just come back (to Kuala Lumpur) from Port Dickson and wanted to see what was going on.”

He was lying on a bed, with a bloodied mouth. His shirt had been torn off by the police, and his shorts were drenched in blood. He was crying from the shock and trauma, and was unable to say much more.

It is learnt that Chang was placed in the intensive care unit. The other occupants of his car were arrested last night, but were released today according to BMC Open Road Committee chairperson Tan Boon Hwa who has been keeping tabs on last night’s dramatic events.

DAP Selangor executive councillor Ronnie Liu, who visited Chang later last night, said the police had over-reacted and that the excessive use of force could not be justified.

“The police should maintain law and order and not assault people. I am disappointed. My party will provide Chang and the others with lawyers,” Liu said.

According to Liu, the beating was so severe that Chang lost one or two of his teeth.

‘Journalists attacked’

Chinese-language dailies reported today that more than 10 people were seriously injured in yesterday’s incident, which saw BMC residents assaulted by ‘thugs’ allegedly hired by toll concessionaire Grand Saga.

cheras mahkota road grand saga barricade 270508 new barricadeHowever, the company has disassociated itself from the incident, also saying it does not condone violence.

About 7pm yesterday, defiant residents attempted to tear down the barricade that had just been rebuilt, but were confronted by unidentified men armed with iron rods, helmets and sticks.

“They attacked the residents immediately. About 10 people were assaulted, and three of them were reporters. Their cameras were confiscated as well,” claimed Tan.

Star reported that Utusan Malaysia photographer Roy Azis Abdul Aziz had been beaten up when he tried to take photos of the fracas.

BMC resident Chin Kee Chong’s right arm was broken (right) and he suffered injuries to his head, while another resident - Lee Ah Seng - sustained severe injuries to his head, which required seven stitches.

Some residents claimed that several policemen present during the incident had failed to intervene.

Kajang police chief Shakaruddin Che Mood, however, said they were only traffic policemen whom he had sent to the area for traffic control.

“They were too busy controlling traffic and could not do anything,” he told reporters, adding that five police reports have been lodged on the assault.

Grand Saga has been involved in a long-running dispute over its bid to block a toll-free access road from BMC to the Cheras-Kajang Highway. The barricade has been rebuilt on three occasions, after being torn down by residents.

The Selangor menteri besar’s political secretary, Nik Nazmi Nik Ali, has said that a response will be issued today over last night’s incident.

This really sucks. Read what the readers say http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/83610

It is a very silent fact that police here in Malaysia sucks big time!

Bribing a traffic police is very common. It is silent, everyone know of it but no one dares to report it. This is how people get away with traffic offences, and why are there so many deaths on the road. Because of this disease. Sure it’s the drivers fault for driving recklessly. If the drivers are to be left accountable for their actions, then it is for this reason that the traffic police must contineu to remind us and keep us in check by either warn us or issue a summon to us!

Not fucking find ways to ’settle’ the problem….

Why the fuck do we need traffic police? To just direct traffic on the road?

Read an old entry from Kenny Sia here. And you will see how blatantly corrupted the police are.

It’s not about a few bad apples, it is the whole fucking bunch!!! What do you expect when the level of entry to be a police is a mere pass on your Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SRP), equivalent to an O level…. sorry… lower than an O level entry. Granted that not many top graduates will find a carreer as a police officer especially when Police here in Malaysia are being paid peanuts. But if that is the case, then the police force must continue to educate and train them to do what they are paid to do!

This is how the word ‘kurang-ajar’ (less educated) is being translated into our society with uniform. Want to have a glimpes of what it could have been if they were drop outs! Look at Myanmar!

This article above takes the cake of what this is all about…. We are not talking about three or four police beating up one person like in the USA police beating scandal…. This is a whole bunch of them!!

Whole bunch of stupid, not too educated people who are charge with protecting the society. Inciting calm and peace!!!

Shit man…. I can just go on and on…

Oh… and one more thing to add. Want to know why Malaysia’s crime rate is so high? That is because every common crook knows that they can get away with it… All you need is a little bit of dough…. Shhhh… don’t tell anyone. It’s a hidden and silent secret….

What the fuck!!!!

Why learn Politics?

Posted on May 28th, 2008 in Politics) by eQuilec | 0 Comments »

I have never really like politics during my school days and especially when I started working. Politics was never the one thing in my mind. It was more about fun, entertainment and try to make it out into the working world.

I would always flip right to the comic or entertainment section of a newspaper while just browsing though the headlines. Politics sucks, to much hypocrisy and the rest are just plain shit. Life was good so why bother with all this shit.

It was until I got married and had a kid that I started to know and understand politics a bit deeper. The reason why was simple. My Family.

Politics determines and shapes the future of the country. Great leaders translates to great future and lousy leaders translate to lousy future.

So if I want a good future with better opportunity for my family and especially my daughter, I must learn more about politics. Learn about my rights, learn about what is wrong with my country and learn how to make it right.

Politics does sometimes get me worked up especially when I feel that I am so powerless against what is wrong and only feel powerful every 5 years when I cast my votes. But learning about politics is not just about that is it?

Sigh….. too bad there is no crash course in politics…. is there?

Blogs I like…

Posted on May 24th, 2008 in Everything) by eQuilec | 0 Comments »

There are a few blogs that I read only… yes only a few blogs that I follow daily and most of it if and when I have the time. Below are the list of blogs I like:

1. Malaysia Today (Malaysia-Today.net)
~ My hero Raja Petra Kamarudin. He the MAN. Why is he my hero? Because he is doing what I want to do but am too chicken to do it which is having the GUTS to SCREW the government’s mind and backside in public.

2. Patrick Teoh (Niamah.BlogSpot.com)
~ He has a few blogs apparently (have not checked it out) but the one I really like is his blogspot NIAMAH!. Translated from Chiness it means ‘Your Mama!’ I tried to check if Niamah.com was taken, and to no surprise it has been taken by a French guy. That site was more of a horoscope site. Anyway……. Patrick’s site is very funny and most of the time put things in clear perspective in a very comical and sarcastic manner. And he loves to sign off this blog with NIAMAH! Just love that….

3. Jed Yoong (JedYoong.com)
~ Jed apparently or is a journalist with Asia Sentinal (freelance or permanent I am unsure). I don’t really know her or she is not that well known but I stumble on her site because Malaysia Today posted one of her article publish on Asia Sentinal. After reading her blog, I just love it! From her blog I find that she is the ‘No Holds Bars’ kind of woman. A ‘Kick Ass’ lady who does not give a shit! Speaks her mind very nicely. Woman who wants to find courage or inspiration… Read her blog. I read it because she is funny and witty. Oh… and she also does provoke readers to put some thoughts on certain issues.

5. Kenny Sia (KennySia.com)
~ Ahhh…. Kenny Sia. Ever nerds dream and idol!! No offenses Kenny… but that is how I perceive it. If you do read his blog, it’s very funny. He describes the lighter side of a lot of things very well before he became famous. His old blogs or entry were kinda geeky but in a very funny way. I enjoyed reading his previous blogs because of his geeky wittiness. I thought that it was pretty cool but so does a lot of people. So surely enought his popularity soars sky high… his story can be liken to a William Hung shot to fame sort of story…. He nows hang around with hot chicks! Travel the world for free! Hang around with more chicks! Travel to more places… Sigh… that is what I read mostly these days from his blog. While it is not as funny or as creative as before, it is still a good read. (Now I only check his site onces a week)

RM27mil Spend in two months!!

Posted on May 24th, 2008 in Piss me off!) by eQuilec | 0 Comments »

How the fuck can 57 MPs from Selangor spend RM27mils in two months?!?

How the fuck can Khir Toyol have the bloody audacity to tell the current state government to ’stop criticizing the earlier government over trivial issues and start working on implementing improvements.’?!

How the fuck can the current state government implement improvements when RM27mil or 90% of the state funds allocations has already been spent?!

How the fuck can Khir Toyol say that the MPs spendings were not to their benefit?! Moving RM27mil in two months with 57 MPs involve takes a lot of effort, coordination, and control…. How the fuck can something like this happenned??!?!

You know what?! Khir Toyol can go screw himself!!!

If Toyol wife’s does not solve the Balkin case soon… I think I will go ask her to screw herself too!!! Bitch!!!

Nothing special about this nick, this nick came to my head as I woke up one day thinking that I was special and thus this special nick name was born.

I have been involve in a lot of things on the internet, but have never put time and effort into producing one really good and personal blog. Most of my current blogs and sites were mostly monetized. What can I say… It’s the Chinese DNA in me….

So for this blog, it is going to be plain and simple and no advertising…. Just plain and simple… Plain and simple….
